Market Updates
We are now at the tail end of the fall real estate season with supply ticking downward and less deal activity occurring. These numbers usually continue a downward trend as we head into the holiday season and then pick back up again in late January, early February. 

Contract numbers, surprisingly, remain strong and are a bit higher than expected for this time of year. 

Interest rates are currently at 6.81% according to Freddie Mac's US weekly avg. on a 30-year fixed. Read more here.
